Huawei is a hell of a hard-hitting situation in the USA

Even in the previous week, processes began in the United States that were preparing for very serious decisions. Donald Trump, president of the country, signed a presidential decree last Wednesday on the protection of telecommunication networks, which makes it possible to ban unwanted players from the US. Although the companies were not named in the decree, it was obvious that China was Huawei and ZTE.

Huawei has been sanctioned for some time in many Western countries, and in some cases, some executives of the affected company have been detained for suspicion of espionage. In the United States, espionage was a matter of prosecution, which was largely based on speculation, as the investigations revealed that Huawei's apparatus, while competing with its competitors, contained significantly more vulnerabilities, but there is no clear evidence that they were deliberately left in the systems, purely negligence. However, the US, by its recent decree, also classifies Huawei and ZTE as a national security risk, and may be justified by the fact that the Chinese government may oblige the Chinese government to make available to them the data they handle.

As a result of this decree, Google, Intel, Qualcomm, Microsoft, Broadcom, Xilinx, Infineon, Micron and Western Digital will minimize Huawei-reserved business relationships. This largely means that product support is still available for assets currently on the market, but shipments for new orders are already suspended for the Chinese company. All this will have a significant impact on Huawei, as the companies involved provide the individual hardware components for their products, which must be replaced from other sources, which is difficult to implement in hell. Previous partners' decisions concern almost the entire product portfolio, highlighting smartphones and tablets, but mobile PCs as well as network devices are essential. They are not only able to sell them in this form on the US market,

In its official statement, Huawei confirmed that Google will continue to provide product support for its commercially available or already sold ultramobile devices, ie Google Play and Google Play Protect will be available. This is actually confirmed by the search engine, and the problem will start when system updates are made, because Huawei will no longer have access to Google's new Android versions. This can be avoided, of course, since the design of your own Android version, which could be provided with a dedicated store, is just a matter of money. However, without supplying or licensing, the manufacture of products is a critical problem that will not be easy to solve and will make China a way ahead.

It is also a big question of what China is doing for the United States, because it can be enveloped that the above will not remain unanswered. In addition, it should be known that Huawei is the world's largest manufacturer of mobile telecommunication equipment and spend more than $ 10 billion a year on component procurement at US companies. This, for example, is out of place for these companies, but if Huawei is unable to obtain the critical components, then there is no need for the others, as they cannot produce the products. This is about $ 70 billion in worldwide loss of traffic, so US action is virtually the whole IT industry. It is no coincidence that stock exchanges do not respond too well to news.

They are also in a very uncomfortable situation, based on Huawei's technology for the development of the infocommunication sector. The availability of the necessary hardware is currently at least questionable, that is, looking at other companies' solutions. This also affects Hungary , as the Chinese company is one of the top strategic partners of the government.
